ABOUT OUR DISPLAY CASES

Model: h30cm, l20cm, w12cm. Plants: philodendron, hedera (ivy) and assorted ferns

Our plant display cases act like terrariums for plants. A terrarium is a collection of plants growing together inside glass which provides warmth and humidity reminiscent of the habitat many tropical plants are native to and that we struggle to recreate in our interior spaces.

With the lid in place, moisture is trapped inside creating a water cycle that moves through the plants, collects on the glass and moves back into the soil again.

What makes our glass different?

Our display cases are made to display your plants with style. Modern shapes that are designed to take up minimal space yet give plants ample room for growth and create the effect of looking at plants through a window.

Removable lids let you make changes to your display or to add/remove plants and cuttings at your leisure. When the lid is on the display becomes the ultimate form of low-maintenance plant care with water only needing to be added sparingly and infrequently.

All of our glass display cases are sustainably made using 100% recycled greenhouse glass and reclaimed window panes sourced from across the UK.

About Plantvoq

I’m Mark and Plantvoq is my vision to give people the means to experience the tropics at home.

I am inspired by tropical rainforests; the sounds, smells, the array of texture, vibrancy and sheer amount of life inhabiting every square foot. Living in the UK, this world seemed so inaccessible so I created a way to bring it here.

I experimented with plants in jars, bottles and any other containers I could find until I decided to create a vessel that allowed me to properly interact with the plants inside but also showcase them in a modern way, combining bespoke minimalist glass design with wild, living tropical plants.
